What else can you do after the usual?

After the usual exhaust, intake, hfc/tp/longtubes and tune? Any other power adding mods short of forced induction? I am a noob and just now realized we can't get aftermarket cams

I am a noob and just now realized we can't get aftermarket cams due to our engines having VVEL. So is this pretty much it for power mods short of FI? edit: btw I am not interested in getting gears but I know those are available too
