Thank god for paypal... almost always puts the burden on the seller.

I lucked out a year ago and got an Injen intake for $100 listed for a Nismo only. I took the risk and it fit the 40th perfectly... not sure why they ever had separate part numbers.

Are you sure you know what you're doing? You have to take a dremel and cut out openings behind the bumper to make it fit!

Yeah, that was the fun part. Issue is that the pipes are too short AND the filter is too big of a design to fit under the bumper. Part number is 402846

He seems like a good dude and told me that I can return them for a full refund. I scratched up the tubes a little but thats what happens when you try to make it fit

Exactly. The guy made a HUGE mistake by posting the 370Z version on eBay. I should've asked what the part number was first before buying it

Sounds like at least It'll get resolved and you can purchase the right ones.

I might suggest to keep an eye out in the classifieds in here since they do pop up on occasion at very good prices used of course.

Also I think if I had to do it over again I would go with the MAF tubes... didn't see much of a gain with the intakes and the MAF tube install would have been much cheaper and quicker. Just a consideration.

Hey man. I had a member sell me 350Z stillen intakes saying they were for a 370Z. The pipes were about 2 inches short to connect the pipes together. I had to buy longer silicone couplers to make up for the gap.
