Shifter movement on the throttle

The tranny moves with the engine as it torques, happens.

As has already been said, it's normal.

Most high-performance cars use a direct or semi-remote mounted shifter.

On the Z, the shifter bolts to a support structure that mounts directly to the transmission, so you will feel every little vibration coming from the transmission.
