Just had a nightmare installing the assembly back in. I was trying to put the C clip back on the top pin when it shot out of my pliers and got lost. I tried removing the plastic panel cover the fuse box area and still couldn't find it. I think it went into the hollow area where the wiring molex is. Had to use a snap ring instead since I didn't have any C clips, but it'll will hold fine.
One thing that helped me on the bottom pin, since mine was very very hard to push back in, was to get a large channel lock plier and use the clutch pedal assembly as leverage. Very easy to squeeze in at that point. I don't know how some of you guys work down there so easily, that is the most uncomfortable spot ever. Oh yea, spring feels awesome ![]()
