I changed at 1200 miles, and every 3500 beyond that. I do a more frequent change by mileage because the cars sits, but given the wear patterns in the VQ,

I changed at 1200 miles, and every 3500 beyond that. I do a more frequent change by mileage because the cars sits, but given the wear patterns in the VQ, I wouldn't go too long between changes.
