Could you rip the tranny aparat and install the parts necesarry? sure if nissan will sell you that shift rod, and you would need a dealer in to be able to reflash the ecu with the S-mode because the programming in the ecu is different, maybe uprev could do it. the top panel part of the case on the transmission tailhousing would have to get changed as well, all the wiring would have to be altered to add the button, and all the wires for that shift sensor. you would actually be better off to sell your car and buy one with a sports package.
