Z1 description from their site....."this conversion kit serves a very narrow window & requires ongoing adjustments". Some on forum say they got to get car on ramps and adjust every 2nd fill-up. There's only so many adjustments that can be made in reality . Sooner or later you've used up all adjustment options. I can go through 2 fillups just trying to get to my vacation destination. I don't have room to carry ramps.

![]() The adjustment is needed as the clutch plate wears down. It is minor and needed very infrequently. I made a 1/2 turn adjustment (smallest you can make) after ~12K miles. There's no way you will run out of adjustments before needing to replace the clutch.

I was referring to your claim that "some on forum say they got to get car on ramps and adjust every 2nd fill-up". Where did you see this?I cannot say how it would work with the various forced induction options, but Z1 might be able to give some guidance.

The process of the adjustment is quite simple. If you can get the car on jack stands and can use a wrench, you have enough mechanical aptitude to do the adjustment. The fact that you are all hung up on the generic Z1 disclaimer language and not on the fact that someone said it has to be adjusted every other time you fill up with gas (which is just flat out stupid) would leave me to believe that you have ulterior motives
