Judging by the part numbers and prices on Courtesy it's the same ECU but just a different flash ROM from the factory.

well if you have acces to a consult 3 reflash tool then just a reflash is required but don't expect a dealer to do it for you. or for you to be able to even get the reflash. maybe uprev would let you do it not sure on that one. You would still need the new electrical harnesses though. Is it possible? yes Is it cost effective or easy? HELL NO
