While I won't say it's easier than an AT, I find it less boring. Kind of like the rest of the the time. Sorry, but for me an AT is just plain boring. I prefer the manual in traffic because it gives me something to do. I have a winter car that is an auto and when stuck in traffic I get a lot more antsy driving it.
