Does anyone's transmission clunk from time to time when pushing the clutch in??

sounds like the clutch disengagement from the flywheel.

Something just doesn't seem right with that lol...
Give it like 2/10ths of a second longer off the gas before pushing in the clutch. This really only happens from 1st to 2nd and it's like the engine is still accelerating even with your foot off the gas. Might have something to do with drive-by-wire.

this happens to me in first gear sometimes when I disengage the clutch - I find it only happens when the engine is revving down, not up, so the sudden back pressure release off the clutch during the engine brake is most likely making a sudden noise

I think he's confusing VDC and SRM. SRM has no affect on the clutch or rate of acceleration.
