Default Rough idle after sitting.

Hey so my 370z has been parked for the winter here in Illinois and I started it up for the first time I about two months. Car has been sitting since late October. When I started it up it had a rough idle and after several minutes the check engine light came on. Can someone help possibly diagnose this I can get code soon here but I bet it's just gonna be that pesky PO300 code. I was wondering since gas can go bad in 3-6 months of sitting is that possible? I doubt I'd need to spark plugs as it has 30k miles but I'm open to suggestions. Anything feedback helps thank you.

My bet would be map sensors.

If you have a code. You need to know what it is before going any further.

Sitting that long, it could be a variety of things. As Rusty stated, best bet is to figure out what code is being thrown. An OBD II is like $20.

Start with fuel, if you grab an obd-2 it will surely help. Fuel, plugs, fuel pump, MAF, Injectors would be all the things in order that I’d check for. One by one of course

You might want to remove the air filters and check for obstructions like a mouse nest. Been finding these lately in various cars no matter where they are stored. Good luck and get that OBD code and post it.

It was the PO305 code cylinder 5 misfire any ideas on what could cause that? Obviously spark plugs and coils are possible but given the mileage and it sitting I feel like it might be something else. Plugs don't go bad from sitting I wonder if gunk or something is in there or clogging part of the injector or something. Anyone think that could be a possibility?

PO305 cylinder 5 misfire is the code any ideas on where to go from there? I have a strong suspicion that it's not the plugs or coils as those shouldn't go bad from sitting I'm wondering if moisture or gunk is built up in there

If you didn't treat the fuel buy Startron and treat per the bottle. It will freshen your fuel, know from experience.

So you think I should throw some startron In there and see if it clears out any crap in there and possibly get rid of that misfire. Then if that doesn't work proceed with plugs and coils etc.
