i'm interested, but what's the real difference between comfort and race? if confort is kinda like stock then i'll go with race.

i assume race has more vibrations transferred to the cabin, but also more responsive

I'd be all over this myself but unfortunately until my Z comes in I won't be in the market, so I'm not voting, yet...

why not just go to home depot, buy urethane, and fill the stock mount with it? real common and much cheaper. seems this one would only be worth it if it is far superior to stock. but im still interested.

i think the mount replaces the oem insert with urethane, i don't think you can just fill it. anyone got stock pics of the mount?

Glad to see 6 people already voting yes, I know if I can get a few more people here they might be for it and get us closer to getting this.

the blog makes no mention of auto's, as I've never looked into them. Not sure how this would even benefit an automatic since those shift for you. The point of these are to promote much cleaner, crisper, and more direct shifts gear to gear with the manual lever

both are significantly more rigid than stock

The comfort version is approximately 40% stiffer than stock, the race is just shy of 100% stiffer than stock

We recommend the race for those guys who's car will do more track than street. The comfort is really the best overall solution for everyone else.

“The Z1 Auto transmission mount dramatically improved
shift engagement...", now that i look at it, its not Z1 - auto transmission mount, its Z1 Auto - transmission mount. sorry!
