I'd say the easiest and least intrusive thing you could do is clear the code now that you added fuel since the description of the code mentions that the PCM cannot determine how much fuel is in the tank and see if the CEL doesn't come back on. Also, since you added approximately 10 gallons of fuel, look at the fuel gauge to see if it reads where it should be based off of the ten gallons in the tank.
If CEL does come back on, it will be time to check the wiring to the pump, wiring connectors, inspect the pump itself, etc. You do not have to drop the tank to access the pump. Take out the panels directly behind the passenger seat to gain access.
