Looking to go forced induction eventually and my end goal is 800whp. I know a slight amount about built motors and am curious if there are any turn key motors

Looking to go forced induction eventually and my end goal is 800whp. I know a slight amount about built motors and am curious if there are any turn key motors that can support this power? I was looking at IPT's engines and their stage 3 long block but I don't know what else I would need to get the engine running with my FI TT kit.
