I’m a little confused here, the car is clearly a lemon, you should have no problems getting your money back. I would threaten to file a law suit immediately. Screw

I would threaten to file a law suit immediately. Screw paying out the nose for a faulty car that the dealership should’ve recognized. They clearly didn’t do their due diligence.
