P0720: output speed sensor. I replaced the sensor and still same code. I drove it around monitoring voltage and it read zero the entire time. My last resort is taking

P0720: output speed sensor. I replaced the sensor and still same code. I drove it around monitoring voltage and it read zero the entire time. My last resort is taking it to an expert, so is there anything else I could possibly do before that? Will try the tcm reset.
