Gear Lube in CV to Differential Flnage

Feeling like since it's out it should be fixed but not sure of what that would entail nor where to bring it.

Is the hole in the middle all the way through the shaft? If so, it either was overfilled or got hot and puked it in there. I would suggest a diff cooler if the hole is all the way through the shaft.

I assume you mean is there a hole all the way through the CV shaft?

No hole in the CV Shaft side only what appears to be a hole at the back against the differential side of the flange all the way inside the "cup" that can be seen in the pic I posted above.

Yes there's a hole in the stub as evidenced by the picture. I figure that's where the lube is coming through and should be addressed.

It was either over filled or it over heated. A diff cooler is in your future if you are a track rat.
