Default P300 code

I have been having a recent problem with my Z. It takes longer to crank start and then became down on power, getting me into trouble when I pulled out and thought the car might stall when I gave it gas. It hesitates constantly.
Finally this morning it threw a code of P300 and B2607. Random misfire which I already can hear and B2607 & B2609 steering lock , and B2631 sun sensor.

Help! Car Idles Rough, Won't Accelerate, Service Engine Soon Light Flashes, Code P300

And ordered MAF cleaner.

The codes were reset and am waiting for what happens next.

Do you have any input?

That damn code is a PITA. It's just a catch-all

Suggestions include clean MAFs/TBs, check for vacuum leaks, O2 sensors, spark plugs/injectors, fuel pump, oil pressure (gallery gaskets).

However, I notice you said p2631 is a sun sensor code? I'm seeing that as an O2 sensor code. So I would start there

Ooops... I read that wrong. Did you mean P2631 or B2631? The P code is O2 related. I know your car is aging (mine is a month away from 10 years old) so there's quite a few random things that could have failed or be failing.

Check the ground by the ECU inside the car. Given the "B" codes, you might have some corrosion around the ground connection.

take the spark plugs out and check them for burns and damages also if u have a gap gauge re-gap em if they are fine, the next thing i would look for is a bad coil and a dirty MAF or electrical gremlins.

It was the gas pump. I was not getting fuel. Metal shavings in tank.

It runs with full power that had gradually been lost.

Thank you for the suggestions.

Did you remove the metal shavings in the tank? How?
