Forgot to install breather tube bracket when changing transmission

I put the tube on the transmission but after finishing realized I didn't put the tube bracket on the top mount bolt. It should be fine, right? Functionally, it still

Default Forgot to install breather tube bracket when changing transmission

I put the tube on the transmission but after finishing realized I didn't put the tube bracket on the top mount bolt.

It should be fine, right? Functionally, it still should vent the way it should and the rubber should hold it in place. Or should I tear it back apart? Drives fine.

I wouldn't trust the rubber to keep it in place as there will be a lot of vibration.

Even then, the hooked fitting on the trans should be enough right? Isn't that whole setup just in case you drive through water or something? And at that water level your intake would be sucking in water anyway...
Point is I'd rather not have to disassemble everything for a little bracket.
