I'm having this issue! Was on track today and in two sessions I spun because adding light throttle around 3500rpm caused the car to surge and then cut power. It didn't help I was running my slicks on a cold track because I didn't have time to get my wets on

A race mechanic i know mentioned trying the camshaft sensors first. That's what I plan to do this winter, but won't be able to get the car on track until the season starts next year.

Has anyone else found a definite solution??

Had a 2010 WRX- boy was it quick in a straight line, got a 2014 Z- man is she grippy in the corners-- then left the Z and later got a GTI, now back in an 09 racecar Z!
