Alternator voltage output/Battery charge voltage

I've always known that lead acid batteries charge at 14.0v

Going by older alternators that just regulate to this level.

Maybe check the fluid levels after 6 months if flooded type.

Good idea, I will.
Actually I haven't checked it since it was installed just over 3 years ago.
