Sounds to me like you have a very good shop. Yeah, they made a mistake but they owned up to it and went the extra mile to make things right.

Sounds to me like you have a very good shop. Yeah, they made a mistake but they owned up to it and went the extra mile to make things right. That's a keeper in my book.
Edit (for BettyZ): As others have mentioned, it's a good idea to become very familiar with your car - eg, what does a normal engine bay look like. The FSM is a valuable reference for learning the Z.
