Hey guys!

was wondering if anyone has done a DIY csc/msc replacement? i'm doing a pre-attack on mine this spring and was looking to try DIY as a possibility... i'm just mechanically challenged, lack the tools and space.

If you are not mechanically inclined, I highly suggest for you to take it to a speed shop for the install. But hey, that just my 2 cents.

There's at least one DIY on this site and several threads with good tips/caveats. Add "site:the370z.com" to your search string at any major web search engine.

It doesn't look like a particularly difficult job IF one has some mechanical aptitude AND the proper tools (lift, trans jack, &c) AND enough space. It's not something I would recommend for the occasional mechanic. YMMV

yea it wasnt something i'd want to do alone... just weighing my options.

i do have a shop i trust but would love to get the grease on my own hands once in awhile.

i did see the guides but pictures dont do true justice to what needs to be jigged n rigged

english is not my forte...

what i intended to ask is has anyone done it themselves with/without the DIY guides?

i lack the tools/space/mechanical aptitude myself which is why i'd need someone who is comfortable/experienced etc.

all goood though i'm leaning to the shop anyways because if something goes wrong i can blast them instead =P
