It won't hurt. The exhaust gasses can erode the gasket, but, if you haven't run the engine for very long, you may be OK. Use a torque wrench so you don't over-tighten.

But you need to verify that the manifold is the problem before you start cranking on bolts. Chuck is probably correct (especially since you recently replaced the manifold) but 370Zs make a lot of "weird" noises.

This. You do NOT want to strip out the stud hole on the head. That would turn a minor DIY issue into a major problem.
