It's not that specific speed sensor (the one you linked does not appear to be compatible with 370Z), but yes all 6MTs have an input speed sensor. They should have

It's not that specific speed sensor (the one you linked does not appear to be compatible with 370Z), but yes all 6MTs have an input speed sensor. They should have a gear lever position sensor, an input speed sensor, and a park/neutral position switch. See attached diagram from the FSM.
