Coolerworx shifter

I got the 370z plate so I didn't need to drill anything. I did put part of the stock rubber pad under the Coolerworx one, but I can still hear

I did put part of the stock rubber pad under the Coolerworx one, but I can still hear more road noise since the isolation is much smaller than stock.
