If you have ecutek you can check to see if it is an injector by disabling each cylinder in sequence. You disable cylinder 1 and it should run like it is on 5 cylinders, then enable 1 and disable 2 and so on. If you disable a cylinder and there is no change in the way the motor is running then that is your bad cylinder or injector. This also happened to me and the car ran as you have described.
