Mods you can keep going Forced Induction

Hey so I'm still learning this whole engine thing lol, come a long way though! Any who, this question may have been asked but idk how to word it to search for it so if you find a thread just link it please. But I'm basically wondering what bolt on mods you can keep once you go turbo, I plan on eventually going with boosted performances turn key kit. But for now I'ma go fbo, I know cai is turned into something else but what about headers/intake manifold and all that jazz. Also would porting the upper and lower plenum be worth it since I would be going the boost route or what should I port to prepare for that? Also I have a A/T (I know I know shame on me right lol) and know that Level10 basically runs the tranny upgrade for the car right now, but do you guys know any shops personally that could do just as good if not better for a more reasonable price?
