Turns out mechanic damaged disk during install by not having it aligned then trying to pull trans in with the bell housing bolts which damaged the spines of the disk,

Turns out mechanic damaged disk during install by not having it aligned then trying to pull trans in with the bell housing bolts which damaged the spines of the disk, Then mechanic tried to blame the parts....
