I would like to add - and again, I do not have personal experience with S&R/VSR/RJ - that the few cases I have referred to that had builds go wrong... In those cases it does appear the shop has tried to make things right as best they can.... Seems like he is a good guy, but the quality of work just wasn't there.

Things can change though. RJ has some ambitious projects and we'll see how they come out!
