When you cool your oil, the viscosity goes up. Higher viscosity oil doesn't flow as well. I thinned my oil down a little after my oil cooler install to achieve

When you cool your oil, the viscosity goes up. Higher viscosity oil doesn't flow as well. I thinned my oil down a little after my oil cooler install to achieve factory spec viscosity rating with cooler oil.
