Throttle Cut at 3500 RPM

I've been having that exact same issue since 2011! It's so random when it happens and it always go away after the car is off for a bit. My car

I've been having that exact same issue since 2011! It's so random when it happens and it always go away after the car is off for a bit. My car has no tune with only headers and exhaust added. ANY info to help diagnose this would be greatly appreciated!
