Contact cleaner. Visual inspect female terminals (even better to do a drag test if you can find the male terminal somewhere), dielectric grease to prevent further issues. Back probe to check for 5v ref at MAF, back probe for ground, back probe on sig and check/record the voltage in histograph looking for any drop outs, also check freeze data from code set to see what values were vs MAF 1 when code set.
