My AT was shifting very slow - under hard acceleration - the revs would go up to 5 - 6K before it shifted down - and with a long delay.

Default Shift delay fixed by cleaning MAF sensor

My AT was shifting very slow - under hard acceleration - the revs would go up to 5 - 6K before it shifted down - and with a long delay. I cleaned the MAF sensors and it shifts much much quicker now.
