If the pedal is changing engagement points they probably don't have it bled right or the master cylinder is failing and causing it, We always recommend a new master when the slave or clutch is changed. Keeps this from happening after the work is completed. A lot of times when you open this hydraulic system the original clutch master no longer want's to work correctly.

My mechanic also got me a new OEM master cylinder as well. I had no clue about the fly wheel, if I did I would've purchased a new one
Also I don't think my clutch was adjusted correctly because it's engaging a lot higher than before
