hey guys so when shifting from 2nd to 3rd at about 3.5k-4k rpms, if i take a little time shifting I feel a little notch when its almost fully in

Its this normal? car has 700 miles I bought it brand new Also this manual trans is so notchy, which im completley cool with if its normal u know
