I can be in a gear cruising and if I put it to the floor it stinks, anybody else have this issue at wot?

Normal for a lot of cars. IIRC, the catalytic converters are overloading and you are smelling the stuff they usually remove.

Are you talking low RPM high load situations? How many miles on the car?
