I thought one of the benefits of an oil-to-water cooler was reduced warm-up time because the vehicle's coolant system is tapped into for use as the water portion of the cooler. But doesn't this counteract the cooling benefits once the car is driven hard and the coolant heats up?
Is there something I'm missing here?
