Problems with new csf radiator.... Anyone?

Thanks guys, yes, the radiator itself is holding water just fine (checked both of those plugs and replaced the spring clamps on the rad hoses with worm clamps). It's the condenser that's leaking. That's refrigerant that's on the bottom there.
