I pick up Mobil 1 at Walmart ONLY because it's $25 for 5 quarts. With a not too expensive oil filter, my oil changes cost me about $35 and 30 minutes of my time.
Get yourself a new crush washer for the drain plug from the dealership (or you can find them on eBay or other online retailers).

harbor freight is nice for tools. I got my floor jacks from there on a nice sale.
