Check for intake leaks or major exhaust leaks. This happened to me a couple times, don't know the cause but some tubes had loosened up on my intake and adjusting

Check for intake leaks or major exhaust leaks. This happened to me a couple times, don't know the cause but some tubes had loosened up on my intake and adjusting them fixed the issue. I also found I had an exhaust leak after that and fixed that too. No idea which, if either, fixed the issue.
Your symptoms happened to me twice before I fixed everything and it hasn't happened since. Both times there was no error light, I just couldn't accelerate well. Turning the engine off and back on fixed the issue both times.
