Help me install my amuse bumper correctly

Seems like the fitment is not right. What exactly did they do again? painted it and slapped it on?

Or are you pushing Inward to show the gap seems like a loose panel?

They painted it and installed it . I'm not pushing anything , this bumper is fiber glass so it's really hard and not flexible
