Just do the handles... If you don't like it peal it off. Handles & emblems are extremely easy to do and peal. I wouldn't do my wheels. IMO. To do them best, you need to take the wheels off and do the inside too.
Big job, that can get f'd up easy. Especially if you get new tires.
