Your 370Z is pre-wired for this easy install ... mine has no wires in the rear bumper for the foglamp...

I'm still working on it, as I haven't decided my final solution. The whole idea of getting this fog lamp (for me) was to aid in backing up, as I'm not used to the blind spots the rear pillars give me. I also want it to flash when in reverse. I've hooked it up to the tail light, but it is pretty bright. So I've decided against that for now, as to not piss off any other drivers or cops. As of now, I simply have it tapped into the reverse lights. I'll do the flasher when in reverse, and I think I will run a switch to manually turn it off and on with the tail lights. Oh, forgot to add...if you have the harness on your Z, then the two wires in this bundle that you need is the orange wire (+) and largest black wire (-). Thanks for the heads up and work you have put in. Any DIY's like this save those of us not brave enough to do them first a lot of head aches.

Thanks so much for the detailed guide, a lot of it didn't make sense until I was under the car doing the install, but it came out great! I made it an additional brake light and think it just looks amazing. And the one I got isn't brighter than the rest of the brake lights, something I was worried about.
I got mine from Z Car Parts.com -- Motorsport Auto -- Home Here's a quick vid I grabbed with my phone. And a pic:

There are some with wires down by the rear fog and some without, mine did not have any when I was installing mine (thought maybe I missed them). Maybe later models started having the wired added?
