Ask a dumb question and expect an answer!

The writing was too complicated for you,
Cos you didna (or canna ?) read. Try my few words before "worries".

..And there's Really nice DIY! Many thanks. How you mean to join? To pull both out of their connectors, or just put white wire to yellow wire connector?

Some pictures will be helpful. Also, is this somehow possible with electric folding mirrors?

Thanks: so there's some-one else!

Do not pull wires out of their connectors: it may cause trouble.
"Scotch" snap connectors are OK and do not need insulation removal...or scrape away a little insulation from the two wires and add (solder) a connecting wire as long as you wish and through a switch or timer (like Hyundai's) if local thieves bend windows to get at window switches? Maybe they break glass? Or hook door handles?
The new connection will not bother your elec mirrors.
Sorry, no photos but it's just all too easy.
