Power windows to work conveniently: doors open/ignition off etc

I'll try to translate. He tapped in to the hot / live power wire that the windows use to open and shut when you open and close the door. This power line is always on, so now he can roll windows up and down when the ignition is completely off and or the door is open. Its convenient for when you turn the car off but are still rolling the windows up but a passenger opens the door. Or when you simply forget to roll the windows up. I don't think I actually care enough to do this but it could be helpful.
