Is this for real? I assumed for the first two pages that the nature of this prank is that the "two tone horn" happens about the 5th or 6th time

Is this for real? I assumed for the first two pages that the nature of this prank is that the "two tone horn" happens about the 5th or 6th time you retry this stupid procedure honking your horn for no good reason, and someone starts honking back at you to shut up.
But here we are on page 3, and I'm growing more tempted to try it... |
