I didn't take any picts, but I ran the cord in the ceiling, then under the driver side A-pillar at the very top, crossed over to the door side of the A-pillar, then temporarily removed the door opening weather seal and placed the cord inside the A-pillar, down to the kickplate area.
I did not have to remove anything on the ceiling and also did not need to remove the A-pillar cover itself or the cover under the steering wheel. I just pushed the cord into the ceiling and A-pillar at the top. It helps to use a squeegee unless you go some long fingernails. Hope that makes sense...
