Removing and reinstalling B pillars...? Ive looked around all morning and there only seems to be 1 on this forum which is horrible. It does not show you or tell

Removing and reinstalling B pillars...?
Ive looked around all morning and there only seems to be 1 on this forum which is horrible. It does not show you or tell you what to use and how to go about taking off and reinstalling the new b pillars. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
