Post Taillight Newb

I'm looking to change some taillight bulbs in the next few days and want to get a few pieces of advice. This will be my first time undressing my lady Z myself.

After reading through this: DIY Complete Fog Lamp Install I have a good idea of what I'm getting myself into.

I realize I'm not going to be doing much of that DIY, but can someone give me a guess on how long it's going to take me to get to the access point for my turn and reverse bulbs? Also, it doesn't appear as though I'm going to need much more than a socket wrench and a flat head screw driver. Any other surprises I should know about getting into my taillights?

You have to pull off the plastics inside and the weather stripping over the top of the light in the hatch line. Shouldn't take more than 20mins per side IMO.

Getting the gray plugs to come off from the back of the taillight assembly was a royal pain in the ***!! I wound up just leaving them in and replacing the bulb with them still in tact.

Any tricks of the trade for getting the taillight assembly detached from the wiring to the car or am I just a newb/pansy?
